1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase of and membership in the AI Agency Inner Circle program (the "Program"), operated by AI Agency Inner Circle LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AAIC," "we," "us"). By paying for, joining, or using the Program, you ("Member," "you") agree to these Terms.
If you signed a separate Membership Agreement with us, that agreement also applies. Where the two conflict, the signed Membership Agreement controls.
2. The Program, your term, and access
What's included. The Program is a coaching and education membership for AI implementation, AI consulting, and automation businesses. Depending on your plan, it includes live group calls with our coaches, community access in Slack, course and curriculum materials, templates and playbooks, member success check-ins, cohorts, and other resources we add over time.
Your term. Your membership runs for the term of the plan you purchased (for example, 90 days or 6 months), starting on your payment date. Your term is fixed. It does not pause or extend unless we approve an extension under Section 4.
Access is the service. The Program is delivered by giving you access to coaching, calls, community, and materials for your term. Our costs, including coach compensation, are committed based on the members enrolled for each term. That means value is delivered whether or not you choose to use it. Not attending calls or not completing the material does not reduce what you owe or create a right to a refund.
Program changes. We improve the Program continuously. We may add, change, or retire calls, coaches, tools, platforms, and materials, as long as the overall program you joined continues to be delivered.
One business partner. One business partner may join your membership at no extra cost. Access is otherwise personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
3. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Payment. Fees are due in full at checkout, or on the schedule of the payment plan you chose. Payments are processed through our payment provider (currently Whop). If you are on a payment plan, you owe every installment for the full term, even if you stop using the Program.
Renewals. We remind you before your term ends. If you renew on or before the last day of your current term, with no lapse, you keep the rate you joined at. If your membership lapses, rejoining is at our then-current pricing. Promotional offers are discretionary and not guaranteed.
Cancellation. You can cancel a renewal at any time before it is charged by messaging your coach or emailing info@aiagencyinnercircle.com. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the current term, and your access continues until the term ends.
4. Refunds and the Access Extension Policy
All payments are final. Fees are non-refundable, including for unused time, missed calls, or a change in your plans or circumstances. The only exceptions are guarantees written into a Membership Agreement you signed with us, which apply exactly as written there.
Access Extension Policy. Life happens. If illness, a family emergency, or another serious situation stops you from using the Program, we will extend your membership at no cost instead of letting that time go to waste.
Here is how it works:
- Tell us within 7 days of the issue starting. Message your coach in Slack or email info@aiagencyinnercircle.com. A short note is enough, and you do not need to share private details.
- Tell us roughly how long you expect to be out. If that changes, just update us.
- When you're back, we add the time you were out to the end of your term, at no charge. Your access to calls, community, and materials stays open through the extended date.
Extensions cover time you could not use the Program because of the issue you reported. Notice given more than 7 days after the issue started may be considered at our discretion, but is not guaranteed. Extensions have no cash value and cannot be converted into a refund or credit.
5. Your responsibilities
Results depend on the work you put in. To get value from the Program, you agree to show up to calls when you can, do the action items in your Onboarding Action Plan, and keep your coach updated, especially if you get stuck or go quiet. If we lose contact with you, we will keep reaching out, but your term keeps running unless you request an extension under Section 4.
6. License to Program materials
We license you the templates, playbooks, recordings, and curriculum to use in your own business. You keep that license after your term ends. Platform, community, and live call access end with your term. You may not resell, republish, or share the materials outside your business.
7. Community conduct
Treat members and coaches with respect. No spam, no soliciting members without their consent, and no sharing what members post in private channels. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
8. No guaranteed results
We teach systems that have worked for other operators. We do not promise any specific revenue, clients, or outcome, except under a written guarantee in a signed Membership Agreement. Nothing in the Program is legal, tax, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid us for your current term. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
10. Disputes
If something isn't right, email info@aiagencyinnercircle.com first. We will respond within 3 business days and work in good faith to resolve it. You agree to contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in effect on your payment date applies to that term. Renewals follow the version in effect when you renew.
